I left my last job to get into TV not ever imagining in my wildest dreams an experience such as this. I, like many of you, grew up watching @thenormanlear shows. My grandparents always watched The Jeffersons and his other hits. Remembering myself now as a child sitting crosslegged in front of that old school TV and seeing his name on the screen, it never occurred to me that one day I would work with this great man, this legend, this national treasure.
