HAPPY 19th BIRTHDAY PUGSLEY! Got all my tears out last night, and this entire day has been pure JOY. ✨ If you had told me when I was 23, having just moved to Huntington, West Virginia for my second local TV job, working doubles on the weekends which meant I’d convinced myself I’d have the time to look after my first dog during the week... that NINETEEN years later that dog would still be in my life... WHATTTT. Lucky, lucky me. <<SWIPE ➡️ for the day I picked up Pugsley (I don’t know what I was thinking with that pink bag — he wanted nothing to do with it 😂) and then you’ll see shenanigans with my brother @real_baldwin_bros and of course the person who loves on him to bits these days, @jamesfletchernyc >> Every so often I sit down to try to put pen to paper on what this pug has meant to me... the giant life lessons a 15lb smush-faced ball of fur has imparted onto me... and I honestly have a hard time finding the words. I pray one day I will... to honor him.
