THE EXPERIENCE: You start off with the 14-course omakase which is an amazing deal in itself and then you get to the all you can eat portion. It is 3 rounds and each round is a different nigiri they select!! You tell them how many pieces you would like round by round, some people got up to 15!!! You can basically double your omakase tasting. There were towers of sushi all over and some guests got over 40 pieces throughout the AYCE experience (and yes, A5 wagyu was involved).
