Took some much needed time off away from the studio. About 12 days total. Before I left I felt completely burnt out & was having trouble feeling inspired. Sometimes it doesn’t take much - maybe a week or so to feel excited again. I have a lot of friends who are afraid to give themselves some space from creating. Stepping away can sometimes feel like throwing in the towel. From my experience not giving yourself the opportunity/time to feel excited again can lead to a paralyzing creative process. I feel clarity that will help me to take what has been started to the finish line without missing anything important & most importantly while enjoying the process ♥️
