this weekend has obviously been a soul crushing one in so many ways and I am mourning for everyone who has a uterus, who is now being forced to give up their fundamental right to make educated decisions about their bodies. there’s not much to say beyond what so many people are sharing right now, but if anyone needs a glimmer of hope- these two elderly women I walked by at a protest yesterday (making power fists, holding signs, and cheering “my body my choice”) made me instantly well up with tears because they reminded me that when you believe in something whole heartedly, the fight never dies💜 sending the biggest hugs to everyone who needs one.
