The workout details:
- Glute triset: Kas bridge, bstance straight into hip thrusts 4x8 reps each
- Rear foot elevated split squats 4x8
- Assisted step up (forward lean and controlled!) 4x8
- Hypers 3xAMRAP
- 45 degree glute med kickbacks 3x10
