This year at Outstanding in the Field: • we set 180 tables • across 3 continents • in 10 different countries around the world • and across 31 states in the U.S. (we drove through even more) • welcomed over 18,000 guests • hired 599 amazing people to work events across the globe • moved the table in the middle of 5 rainstorms • washed 16,098 guest plates • poured over 900 bottles of wines (plus beer, cider, spritzes and cocktails!) • carried 10,061 @heathceramics platters across fields, beaches, piers, rooftops, orchards and vineyards But that’s not all... • were welcomed by 96 different hosts • marveled at the meals of 130 guest chefs • produced 21 private events with the likes of @Anthropologie, @NoKidHungry, and @Fendi • set the table in the Rose Garden for 2 weekends at @coachella • shimmed 1,620 butcher block counters until perfectly level • set 50 tables with handmade flax linens from @KitchenGardenTextiles • drank 203 oatmilk cortados, 600 cans of True North and at least three times that many sugar free Red Bulls (we’re looking at you, Marcus) • pet 27 amazing farm dogs, and many special barn cats met 247 goats (Barry in Stowe, Vermont, was the G.O.A.T.) ...and so much more! It was our biggest and, dare we say, best year yet. We cannot wait to see what next year brings! ✨
