This day felt like a comfort movie. The cool kind, with castles, secret gardens, and pasta you make yourself @castelloalborgo. With @thethinkingtraveller and @perowneinternational, we visited Palazzo Ducale, this giant, palace that looks like it’s straight out of a fantasy game. Everything felt so grand. Huge stone walls, fancy carvings, and halls that have been around for hundreds of years. It’s the kind of place where you expect to see knights or princesses, but instead, we got something even better. Pasta from scratch, olive oil and a cheese making party. Local ingredients, minimal waste. After our cooking class, we all sat outside and enjoyed what we made. Surreal, I didn’t want to leave. #TheThinkingTraveller #PerowneInternational
