☀️La Roche-Posay Anthelios Age Correct Gel-Cream SPF50☀️ ~ Happy SUNday! I am reviewing this chemical SPF from @larocheposay today! ☀️☀️ - UV Filters: Octocrylene, Uvinul T 150, Mexoryl XL, Mexoryl SX, Avobenzone - It has a cream texture - No whitecast on me - Works nicely in my facial hair - Has a glowy radiant finish, definitely moisturizing and better for dry skin - Didn’t sting my eyes - I felt stinging on my skin each time I used this like it was irritating - Has fragrance, but it isn’t strong to me or lingering - Water-resistant - Around 4 pumps to get the proper amount for face/neck (1/2 teaspoon) - About $24 for 50mL. I purchased it at @caretobeauty and the price fluctuates as it's often on sale. ☀️☀️ So this one is a fail for me unfortunately. Each time that I used it, it left some stinging sensation on my skin, and I don’t even have sensitive skin. I gave it a couple days of using a different SPF and just a simple soothing routine. But when I came back to this, it still felt like my face was tingling and stinging after application. This also has ingredients to help with dark spots and wrinkles, so maybe one of those was not agreeing with my skin. Otherwise, it is a pretty decent moisturizing SPF for drier skin types.
