To ensure that each Yamaha piano offers the best possible sound, before leaving us they are meticulously prepared by our Piano Service team. The team is located in Rellingen, at our European headquarters, and here they perform quality controls, as well as tuning and polishing of the instruments. Above you can see our Piano Service employee Rico Zellmer, who has been tuning our pianos for 34 years.
