Definitely when I started with 8kg mace and was unable to control or operate the mace, I never thought that I’d be able to get this far. I am swinging the 12kg in the beginning of the week pretty much till fail. 10x4 10kg middle of the week. Increase reps. 20x4 8kg at the end of the week to work on complete control. Today: (For give me cause I don’t know the actual names of the movements) •20x4 right hand on bottom 360* •20x4 left hand on bottom (switch direction) 360* •20x4 right arm shoulder press •20x4 left are shoulder press •20 arm extensions hold for 10 second right arm on bottom •20 arm extensions hold for 10 seconds left arm on bottom •25 over head pulls right arm on bottom •25 over head pulls left arm on bottom •20x4 shovel throws right arm •20x4 shovel throws left arm Then lift in the gym for an hour followed by minimum 15 minutes in the steam room.
