Just combine a tub of ricotta cheese, tsp EVOO, heavy pinch of salt, and generous squeeze of honey to a food processor. I like to put in a plastic bag, cut the end, and top my toast in style. I topped with chili onion crunch. I served this at a dinner party and my friends loved it! Ricotta cheese is richer in vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin K, and vitamin B2. It also has more iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. 🤝 Cottage cheese is slightly higher in carbohydrates compared to ricotta cheese, and cottage cheese is around 10 times higher in sugars than ricotta cheese.
