“My health journey has seen many highs and many lows including over exercising, under eating, negative self talk & constant comparison, which led to a stack of issues... to birthing our two beautiful healthy children, living intuitively, creating our @kissedearth community, and now feeling the happiest I ever have. It's taken years of inner self work to learn how to live in absolute abundance and appreciation and every day there's still new lessons popping up! I feel this is exactly where I am meant to be. My goal now is to help inspire and motivate others to live not by the book, but by how your body intends.
