Here's a little clip from my world...this one is from sound check for our Chicago show to close out the last tour leg. Part of the homework I give myself is improving posture, playing relaxed, and getting out of my own way. Pilates has helped immensely (thank you Claire Greenlee!!), both in terms of core strength and body awareness.
