In appreciation of FRANK @_meocean , quality time, presence, support and friendship I share these film captures and some words. ———————- Being within and also an on looker/capturer of our community I’ve grown to appreciate and notice the hard work we put in, the CHILL that we crave and the support that we need. I’ve also noticed the loneliness, the longing for real connections and the exhaustion through conversation and general energy levels. I have random text check ins with friends and in a recent check in with Frank he shared this: I feel like 1: People are having fun like it’s a job/task and not doing it for the sheer enjoyment. It’s almost as if there’s some sort of urgent directive to show that you’re having sooooo much fun. 2: This one is a lil out there, but I feel like the aura of people is giving very Cranes in the Sky. Where we are collectively witnessing terrible things happening to us, and we’re trying to vibes it away, party it away, but it’s just too hard to ignore I whole heartedly agreed. I hope you all are feeling replenished when you decide to go out and spend your energy on something. Let’s not give from emptiness. Let’s not be in spaces that don’t fill us up. Protect your energy and protect your heart We can also CHILL we don’t always have to party lol Cheers!!
