I had the wonderful opportunity to visit @fond_cypres last weekend, let me start of by saying I have been lucky enough to have visited places I never thought possible since joining @super8restaurants and this short trip was no exception. I didn’t grow up with the opportunities I have now and I’m always humbled by the hospitality of people we may be meeting for the first time, how welcoming and loving people can be when passion is the the force that drives them. a massive thank you to Rodolphe and Laetitia for hosting us as well as Tom and Fran from @beattieandroberts for making the weekend possible.
