The City's Office of Small & Minority Business Programs, led by Director Frank Hayden in the Office of the Mayor, was proud to sponsor the Suits for Seniors “I Think I Can” Scholarship Breakfast. The non-profit awarded $26,000 in scholarships and a new laptop to more than a dozen students. Congratulations, students!
