When I first came to Belmont, I nervously walked through the McWhorter Hall doors alongside my mom and was instantly met with a distant bass thumping and roaring crowd cheering as cars honked their horns. I had no clue what was happening, but instantly knew I made the right decision coming to Belmont. Being on the other side of those cheers only a year later has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences of my life. They talk about TT magic, but it can only truly be understood once you are fully embraced by it. Firstly, musical fam🎶 - I only knew a few of you when things were getting started. Today, I feel like I have 18 new best friends. Your love, support, and understanding has been nothing short of incredible, and I don’t understand how I got so lucky to know you all. Secondly, @hgnewton1 - Your guidance, leadership, and wisdom will forever inspire me, and has forever changed the way I view what it means to lead successfully. You are the best O.C. leader I could’ve asked for, and I speak for all of musical fam when I say I owe you forever. Thirdly, my cos @quinn.saleik and @hailyyharriss - Without you both this would have been a completely different experience, and I am so thankful for how close we have gotten just within the last 10 days. Leading alongside you and being able to give incoming students the same wonderful experiences we were given at the start of our Belmont journeys has been an absolute honor. Lastly, TT Group 20🍏- You all have been so brave, so kind, and so strong during this time of change and uncertainty. After getting to know you over this past week, I am so confident in every one of you and cannot wait to see you all prosper and grow throughout the years. Y’all are truly special. It is so hard to summarize what this wonderful time has meant to me in just 20 photos. I am so thankful for everyone I met during my time with TT, and these memories will live with me forever.
