With the official release of Al Fresco just less than two weeks away, I am buzzing with anticipation to get this book into your hands and hearts to share all these generous moments and people with you! This meal was enjoyed with @justinchung —a photographer I have long-admired and been endlessly inspired by over the years...and the table/food was prepared by the incredible @soo_nfood who I’ve already mentioned here. Her work is just filled with abundance and joy, and for someone (me!) who lives in a place where it’s dangerously easy to get wrapped up in a mindset of scarcity (i.e. what I have is never enough compared to other people! I always have to strive for the next best thing!), her approach to life and food reminds me that the essential beauty of nature always fills our cup to overflowing if only we are open to it. 🌿
