🇬🇧 BOND STREET - THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING 🇬🇧 When it comes to jewellery there is only one place that will be able to satisfy all of your sparkly cravings - Bond Street: heaven to all jewellery lovers. Have you ever visited this glorious corner of London? If you have ever been to London, it is very likely for you to have walked, driven or ridden through it…but have you ever wondered how this street came to be the epicentre of fashion and beauty? Stretching between Piccadilly and Oxford Street - this little gem has been mentioned in several works of literature, including Jane Austen’s novel Sense and Sensibility and Virginia Woolf’s 1925 novel Mrs Dalloway. The earliest part of the street was laid out at the end of the 17th century by Sir Thomas Bond whilst the new street was built in two stages, and reached Oxford Street in 1720. By then, Bond Street had become Old Bond Street. I know I’m impartial because of my love for jewellery, but the charm and the euphoric feeling this road carries in it self never fails to surprise me. This is where I have worked with and discovered so many breathtaking brands, with all of my favourite jewellery boutiques - old and new - sitting right next to each other. What more can one ask for? If you haven’t had the opportunity of visiting Bond Street - this is a sign for you! You never know, I might see you there! 😉 Tag your shopping companion 😎🛍 #jewelleryface #gemologue ⁣ ⁣ 📷 @gemkreatives @juliaflitphotography ⁣ . . #jewelryaddicts #finejewelrydesign #jewelrytrend #jewelryinspiration #showmeyourrings #finejewelry #fashionjewelry #jewelryobsessed #jewelryofig #jewelryexpert #trendingjewelry #jeweryindustry #jewelrycommunity #jewelryinspo #jewelrygoals #designerjewelry #jewelrygram #pearls #jewelry #fashion #pearl #handmade #earrings #jewellery #necklace #bondstreetjewellers #shoppingtime #bondstreet jewelleryboutiqueslondon
