Chef, Emmy-nominated producer, @beardfoundation Emerging Voice Award-winner, and Greenmarket regular, @sophia_roe, is this issue’s cover star. She happened to pop by market today for a @camporossofarm chioggia re-up and we couldn’t resist a photo op! We love seeing the creativity that flows from @apartmentmiso, Sophia’s culinary studio. So much of the produce that’s featured in Sophia’s videos is from the market and it’s truly a delight to see the fruits of our farmers’ labor in the spotlight.
