I've been thinking about making an introduction post for myself for a while now and the universe told me it's time... at this point, a lot of you don't know me in the 3D & that's okay! But I want to share with you my experiences leading me to this healing plant we call cannabis. 🍁 Okay now if you don't wanna know TMI, please stop reading here ✨️💜🧚‍♀️ Growing up, cannabis has always heavily impacted my life and its direction without me even realizing it. My dad & his dad were deep into some illegal businesses. My mom didn't know this at first but once she did, it was too late. She tried seeking help from the people in her life and the local authorities which only resulted in more injustice. After years of abuse & reaching out to the cops for help with no luck, my beautiful courageous mother found a way to get us out of our situation. She became a police officer herself to protect her family when they wouldn't (I know how crazy omg my mom was a cop lol). With that being said, WEED WAS NOT ALLOWED IN MY HOUSEHOLD GROWING UP 😅 but that didn't stop me from embracing the medicinal benefits of cannabis. I struggled with mental illnesses most of my life and was addicted to self harming for almost a decade. But cannabis (& some spirituality lol) found me and helped me change for the better. It's helped me transform my anger and resentment into love, peace, and gratitude for anything life throws at me. Growing up, I had to watch my mom struggle with work related injuries causing chronic migraines. Doctors would prescribe her medications that kept her on light duty, barbiturates and siezure meds that were ineffective, and kept her living in the dark physically/emotionally. It pains me to see that our federal government would rather have her addicted to unhealthy man-made drugs than NATURAL PLANT MEDICINE. Now here I am, celebrating my one year anniversary of working in the az cannabis industry & I know I made the right decision. I believe its about making this medicine more available to anyone who needs it literally anywhere on Mother Earth 🌿💜✨️ Heal the world little by little 🧚‍♀️
