@coachjazz33 It’s fall 🍁 season We always pop off with a refresher drill to reinforce proper mechanics. This “target” drill allows me to isolate the cues and help every athlete, from beginner to advance, FEEL and understand exactly what I’m cuing them on. Partner 1️⃣: (person in motion) is focusing on keeping core tight, hitting their knee target while snapping feet right under COM, and full range of motion with arm swings Partner 2️⃣: has their hands hip level, giving the athlete in motion the “position target” on where to bring their knees. Partner 3️⃣: gives the person in motion the the “position target” by ensuring they are leading with their elbows to get full range motion and to ensure elbows are coming straight back as opposed to side to side which leads to cross body running. We have HUGE goals this season...& the grind starts today⚡️
