Depression is REAL. Everyone’s fighting their own demons of some sort. Please stop saying ‘committed suicide’ or saying “he killed himself or herself” instead replace with “died by suicide” Although some people reach out to organisations and other people for help, they don’t always get the help that they crave, or need. After the passing of my brother I’ve heard “oh he killed himself” “he jumped, he commit” Some people treat it like it’s some gossip, not realising how the loved ones feel or how it impacts them when they say such things.
