Our warehouse got burned down. There was a fire in the LOVEANDFLAIR warehouse around 5 AM this morning. We used third-party fulfillment service in JNE Warehouse in Depok and unfortunately, our goods stocked there (along with many other brands who stock there) are completely burned. Billions of stock worth gone in a few hours. The fire has been put out with no casualties. We will keep you updated until the situation is stable while the warehouse crew continues to investigate the source of the incident. We sincerely apologize to everyone inconvinienced by this, and we will keep you updated on any new developments. 1. We will postpone all shipment for the next three days while we evaluate the situation. 2. If we cannot ship your orders, we will 100% refund your money or convert to store credit in which you can use online and offline. Our customer service team will contact you. 3. We still have separate stock in our office & production houses and we will keep the items available online & take down all the items unavailable from online channel. 4.
