I’m in my pretty girl era. I really love this audio so much! This summer I entered a new era of my identity. Although I have never struggled with feeling beautiful thanks to affirmations from my mother and being from a culture that celebrates plus size women... I feel like as an alpha female , I am JUST learning how to rest in my feminine energy. As a black woman specifically, many of us have witnessed our mothers having to take on masculine roles and we have adopted this behaviors. At age 32, I am just starting to live life at the beat of my own drum, self-care and healthy boundaries is my priority , not hiding my body , all of these are new but important changes I have made to living my best life.
