Within the last year I’ve made a lot of changes to find this so called thing ~balance~ • I come in at contract hours • I take time to actually fuel my body • I take full lunches most of the time with no grading, no emails, just convos in the teachers room • I work when my students work • I plan and prep with intention • And I leave when the day ends, without guilt It took time to unlearn the “do it all” mindset, but finding the perfect balance has been truly amazing 🤍 #TeacherLife #TeacherBalance #TeacherWellness #DayInTheLife #HealthyBoundaries
