Gotta love @instagram for not publishing what I wrote as a caption for this awesome restaurant! -- This is @eatrobertochang, a great Latin + Asian street food spot in Bellmore, NY. I was intrigued by saw in a @thegrubfather post, including the cooking with no seed oils, the newspaper print the food is served on and the cool decor inside.
