5 things that helped me improve my relationship with food. đŸŽđŸ€ At one point or another in our lives, most of us will have been impacted by *diet culture* - whether it’s a narrative around the foods we ‘should/shouldn’t’ eat, a pressure to look a certain way or how we move our bodies, the sheer amount of mixed messaging can really distort our relationship with food and with our body. Here are a few things that have helped me along the way on the journey of healing that relationship: - deleting calorie counting apps - seeking professional support - journaling and getting excited for the future - being around those who have a healthy relationship with food - not trying to eat like anyone else If you’re on/have been on this journey, I’d love to know what helped you!
