I started skating because I saw this really cool video on YouTube and everyone skating looked so free and happy and I just really wanted to experience that joy. Skating has become such a fun way for me cope with depression/anxiety and it’s such a big part of my life now. My favorite thing about skating is just going to a park and being stupid and silly with friends! Right now I’m just working on re-learning tricks I knew before I broke my ankle.
