It is a temporary win. Long term weight loss or a stable weight happens from your GUT HEALTH (and your mental health) and speeding up that metabolism to help you break down food.. not eat less and burn more.. • The reason I’m so passionate about this is because the ONLY way I was able to overcome multiple eating disorders and lose 40lbs was when I shifted my perspective on weight loss from “workout more eat less” to committing to health (including my mental health) by eating clean foods that fuel my body and working out for longevity and endorphins. Then watched the lbs shred off.. give yourself a little break from obsessing over a number on a scale or your calorie intake.
