Cold, rainy, awful weather for today’s run. But it was an invigorating challenge and I felt triumphant after the 4.5 miles. This small win lifted spirit and can’t help but overflow into my day. I am grateful for the momentum of my runs – more than just fortifying to my physical health, but my spiritual health as well.
