For anyone putting on a brave face, Looking like they are fine and blending in, this is for you. Mental illness has no face. Someone struggling may not look like they are struggling. That’s why it is so essential to believe everyone, treat everyone with kindness and always be kind as much as possible to yourself. Everyone struggling, whether it’s to the point of not being able to get out of bed & look after yourself or NOT - all types of battles and struggles are VALID. I constantly have to remind myself this ❤️ especially as I lay in bed incapable, numb and unable to face the world because of severe mental sickness. My suffering isn’t any more or less valid than the person on the rights.
