Here, Chef Hidetoshi Nakamura’s cuisine celebrates harmony, simplicity and purity, expressing the richness of the best and seasonal Japanese ingredients as well as Japanese water. Another newly awarded Two MICHELIN Stars restaurant, @sezannetokyo, has been promoted from 1 Star.
