Today @forfreedoms and I will be launching the first artist-created renewal center and play space focused on the practice and exploration of health and consciousness shifting. In these increasingly divisive times, join us to sow seeds of healing by modeling and inspiring creative forms of communal repair, connection, and learning through collaboration. Our first S.O.L.E. session "Somatic Journey” begins today, Wednesday, February 2 at 2 pm EST / 11 am PST, hosted online by mentor, musician and teacher, #MiguelRivera and somatic artist and filmmaker, Micheline Berry (@michelineberry). In this first of several two-hour Somatic Storytelling sessions, we combine elemental wisdom, storytelling, and soundscapes with engaged presence in order to instigate radical imagination and belonging.
