"You can kill me now, but legends never die." Death Do Us Part closed 12 days ago and in 5 days I will be moving to New Jersey for college. I could not have asked for a better send-off than this show. A massive thank you to @jdtrigby and the @rigbytheaterco for giving me the opportunity to choreograph this show, this wonderful musical and it's incredible book and soundtrack will stick with me forever and being able to express myself creatively in a way that I do not often get to do so was immensely fulfilling (and only made possible by my tremendous mentor Simone 🫡). Secondly, a tremendous thank you to @s.l.m03 , Sadie was my associate choreographer and was the only reason I was able to accomplish this task in this wild and hectic summer. Sadie is absurdly gifted and disciplined, it is a miracle that this person was able to funnel my ramblings into something productive, I appreciate her greatly. Lastly, thank you to every member of this cast and crew, as well as anyone who I have ever worked with these past 4 years in the Tucson theater community. I submerged myself in the waters of your creativity and emerged a more mature, thoughtful, compassionate, and creative individual ready for my next chapter in life. This show was the wonderful culmination of 4 years of learning as well as a significant representation of the immortal stamps all of my friendships will leave on me, this will be the last show I get to do with many of you for quite some time, but that does mean we are done for good. Death has not done us part quite yet, I will see you all soon 🤎
