The angle, weight, and control that can be used with cable abduction work is unmatched to any other machine, in my opinion.
All you need is a thick booty band. Loop it through the handle and bring it down to the lowest part of the cable machine.
✔️ Next time you’re at the gym, do a few of your fav heavy compound booty lifts then make these 3 exercises your final circuit.
✔️ Focus going slow and chasing the burn.
✔️ Aim for 15-20 reps of each exercise.
✔️ Do 2-3 rounds.
