“Just another dinner.” That’s what I say with a smile on my face as I sit down and dig in to a meal impossible to imagine without the incredible bounty of Umbria. Every summer I’m here I have one great new find that changes everything. This year it is @quintosapore farm near Citta della Pieve. Here you can see the GIANT garlic sliced thin and fried into strips, the carciofi on eggs, incredible cucumbers in the salad salad, and the best BEST tomatoes I’ve ever had.
