- new art (swipe right) - recently dropped a collection called “ESCAPISM” and sold out in within nine days (link in bio if you want to check it out! I wrote some poems alongside each one.) — I don’t have the time I want to leave the impact I’m working towards, especially with starting my career so late but I haven’t let that be an excuse for my growth at all. so excuse my absence and lack of human decency, I’m out here creating everyday like my life depends on it because it really does. — also just want to point out that being an artist is so damn hard no matter how good you are or think you are. It’s more than just art. It’s about the souls you touch. The impacts you make. The friends you make along the way. Some get lucky and start seeing success early on in their careers and some don’t recognized till after death. You know from history that artists back then already had it hard enough with commissions and their paintings, so why is it much harder now? Because of the internet. The internet is tricky, because if you don’t fall under a certain aesthetic then you’re art really doesn’t belong anywhere. It used to be that you were the only talent in your city and no one could touch you, wrong, you’re now up against the millions of artists that are posting content like crazy on social media. Everyone has a story to tell, that’s true. BUT no one’s story is going to touch others if you don’t believe it will. Not everyone is YOU. be loud about what you want , whether it’s your internal voice telling you to get up and do something. your social media personality telling everyone about how much you love creating art isn’t doing anything, you’re wasting my time you could be using for your work imo. - AND OFCOURSE Thank you for your support always.
