This one goes out to anyone thats ever lost a pet, a family member or their best friend. I’ll miss you Tootsie. Forever and always my littlest lady. 🐶❤️ From my stories “I hate to have to write this because its going to kill me to put this into words. I know a lot of you loved her as much as I did. Unfortunately last night I lost my best friend of 11 years. Through out Sunday night Tootsie really couldnt sleep and Monday morning I soon realized she was abnormally tired. She couldn't lay down and was forced to sit up throughout the entire day and didnt have an appetite which is not at all like her as you know. Around 6pm I took her to the emergency vet to find out she had liver cancer for some time and because of her age, there wasnt anything they could do for her. I had to make the really tough decision to agree to put her to sleep and let her get the rest she needed and wanted. I spent some time with her at the vet, gave her some treats and told her everything will be okay and I'll see her soon. Going to need some time to really process this and sadly it seems to get more tough every day realizing when I wake up shes not there to take care of, let her out and ask her whats shes doing 100x a day, if she wants eat time, or even laughing or shouting at her for farting loud or burping even. I am okay, just a bit empty for now. She had an amazing life and I couldn’t have asked for her to go more peacefully. I'll miss you Tootsie. You really were the best friend I could ever ask for and I am glad you were there for me during the toughest parts of my life when no one else was. Eglis said sheyll look after me from here on out just as you did every time I showered and I will remember you by celebrating you every day.”
