☀️ MEDICINE FESTIVAL BANQUET ☀️ I had such a special weekend and it was such a joy to host a banquet for and with some beautiful new friends at @medicinefestival 🥰 On the menu we had... Panzanella salad made with british summer heritage tomatoes and ground ivy, with toasted sourdough croutons and sorrel & nasturtium pesto 🌱 Cauliflower steaks with hen of the woods mushroom bacon, a salsa verde and a roasted romesco sauce made with toasted foraged cobnuts 🍄 Mugwort vegan cheesecake with elderberry compote and summer flowers 🌸 This magical little event wouldn’t have happened without @trewhitts who was incredible at bringing the whole team together, and everyone who bought the magic in the kitchen including @apothecaryofearthlydelights , @nourished_by_nour and everyone else! Thank you so much to @jessicawretlind for laying the tables so beautifully, @karma_ceuticals and @jardincollective for the drinks and to @bristolfungarium for the incredible reishi mushroom blocks that made the most beautiful centrepieces 🍄 I feel like I’ve really been stepping into my joy recently and this was the cherry on the cake!
