What an honour!!! We are absolutely thrilled to have 13 of our venues awarded Chef’s Hats at the Good Food Guide Awards 2023, taking home a total of 17 overall – such an exciting moment in Merivale’s history! Enormous congratulations to Bert’s Bar & Brasserie, Fred’s, and mimi’s for receiving Two Hats, and a very special mention to Mr. Wong who has now received Two Hats 10 years straight; what an extraordinary accomplishment. Thunderous applause goes to Felix, Hotel Centennial, Ms G’s, MuMu, sushi e, uccello, Una Mas, Queen Chow Enmore and Queen Chow Narooma, for all receiving One Hat with Queen Chow Narooma being Merivale’s first regional hat...and in their first year of trade, remarkable!!! We are so proud of our teams for this huge achievement. You are all superstars, you show integrity in what you do, and you truly care for our guests. Stand up and take a bow!!!
