To celebrate Billie's 21st birthday, we would like to raise money for a non-profit horse rescue center. As recently mentioned in her Vanity Fair interview — horse rescuing is one of Billie's top priorities for the future! As for any non-profit organization, monthly expenses can be difficult to cover.
