Revisited and workshopped this beautiful monologue from @euphoria . For a minute I started to fall into the dangerous perspective of “I’m not getting cast. I’m never gonna make it.” Beating myself up into cold dirt. As an overachiever, I felt like a failure. (Mind you I just graduated). But for the last week I have been reevaluating my thought process on it all. Now, I’m starting to shift my perspective and realizing how blessed I am to be able to be invested in an indefinite process of my own. No deadlines or anyone to gain approval from. Just me, my imagination, and a radical step forward-upward-side to side-downward- all around towards my dreams. Peace and love 💜
