The other day I was walking to the train after a shoot in Harlem. I felt the warmth of the sun on my skin, smiled and thanked God out loud. That’s how I’ve been feeling. I’m so grateful for the life I’m living. The art I’m creating. Love. Community. And I’m most grateful for the things that I thought I needed, that never happened.
