Our friend Leiomy @wond3rwoman1's story, unfiltered: “You may not know this, but I first found out about voguing when I met my first trans mentor who worked in the kitchen at the boys and girls club I used to visit and she was dancing. She eventually gave me a VHS tape to take home, and I watched in awe, knowing it was something I wanted to be a part of. ➡️ Fast forward to my first ball, where I was chopped! But I stayed true to myself.
