- GROUNDED - When uprooting your life. Now is the time to use the tools in your tool belt to ground. Moving to a new city brings to surface so many emotions. Like moving through the grieving process. I'm now on the other side and excited to move on. I have been focusing on cultivating joy in my practice and also discovering more about what mindfulness means to me. On reflection, my practice and my teaching go hand in hand and has transformed in so many way to what it is now. Its not the tangible success, but more how my practice and my teaching makes me feel. I'm slowly embodying what teaching from the heart is. I thought I had it, but the more I practice and learn from my peers/mentors, I realise I am only just now scratching the surface. I'm excited to share with you my journey and how my move will develop my practice. Meeting and sharing movement with people... What can I say. This is my purpose. Come and find me in Manchester.
