And speaking about cutting, some of you asked what type of cardio is best for cutting... running, stair climbing, cycling? My answer is always the same: the best cardio is the one you enjoy the most. Especially if you are like me, and get bored pretty easily on a treadmill. I particularly enjoy spinning, so I take cycling classes @cyclebarbrandon, why?
