In the video I first installed volume weft rows, then added I-tips onto two volume weft rows along the head, and on the temples of her head. The placement of the i-tips on the weft give the illusion of the hair having highlights, it gives the stylist and the client the flexibility to choose where they want to see color. This is perfect to create a contrast “highlighted” look without coloring any of the natural hair. The I-tips that live on the wefts do not need to be maintained or moved up, making them a perfect low maintenance choice for a pop of color. The I-tips on the temples of the head will be moved up along with the volume weft rows every 5 weeks! There is no additional points of contact added with the I-tips.
