Looking to the ingredient list to get the whole story? 🤔 It’s not going to happen. Think of the ingredient list as the minimum requirement to even consider a product, but so much more is going into the formulation of the product. !?️ Will the product have good texture and feel good on your skin? !?️ Will the active ingredients stay “active” or are they dead on arrival? !?️ Will the product penetrate properly and give you any results? All of those things and more are up to the quality of the formulator making your products. Price is not always a guarantee of a good formulation, although some pricier brands do have the luxury of working with more experienced formulators. In short: you can’t truly know if a product with good ingredients is good until you try it. 🥲 It’s sad but it’s true. That said, a product with bad ingredients has very little or NO chance of ever being good.... so ingredient lists still matter! #skincare #beauty #formulation
